This assures the contractor has all resources in play and all necessary performance elements are smoothly operating productively, keeping staff and the Contract Administrators happy and loyal to the contract effort.

Staffing Compliance/Continuity

Often, the staff of the prior contractor is the best choice for the new contractor, but not always. SCI can assist in your best advantage, keeping the good ones and replacing the not-so while assuring quality replacements as staff move up or exit. High standards of productivity continue, and staffing does not lag performance, incurring fines. By cross-training staff, SCI facilitates immediate assignments to fill openings as other requirements evolve. This process assures proficient staffing at every position level.

Staff Training Compliance

SCI experienced and professional staff design, draft, deliver and integrate comprehensive Emergency Incident plans, training and exercises targeting prevention, preparedness, planning, mitigation, response and recovery to assure timely, cost effective reconstitution and business continuity. All staff Credentials and Certifications are current, and Emergency Incidents are well managed and strictly structured within the protocols, practices and policies of FEMA, EPA, OSHA, and the National Preparedness doctrine of the U.S. Government. This safety profile makes insurance rates plummet.

Worker Compensation Incident Management

Under the SCI Staff Leasing Program, on-site safety and security procedures are comprehensively structured and productively maintained. Incidents are quickly resolved, causal investigation conducted, and commerce recovery and continuation assured. Correct forms are submitted, and incident resolution is quickly completed, including injured staff replacement during work absence/ recovery, so contract performance is not adversely impacted.

Contract Progress Reviews

Government contracts undergo a contractor performance process just prior to delivering the next follow-on year. It’s a detailed review that requires the contractor to PROVE why they should receive the next performance period. SCI has lengthy experience in successfully motivating COs to make the award, continuing the effort relationship, assuring contractor performance revenues, and business continuity.
